The dss+ proprietary Frontline Leadership Development assessment provides a holistic view of leadership capability on the frontlines. The assessment measures leaders’ performance on a set of 15 defined competencies. Results are linked to skill sets and mapped to a proven training curriculum designed to build capability and drive results.

Frontline leaders rate their own performance across dss+ leadership competencies
Peer-Assessment
Selected peers and managers rate the frontline leader’s performance across dss+ leadership
Observer Assessment
dss+ consultants conduct an observational assessment of the frontline leaders’ performance across key leadership competencies
Assessment results are collated to identify individual leaders’ strengths and opportunities for development as well as gaps within the team, department or organization that can be addressed with a combination of formal training and on-the-job coaching.
