Our client, a prominent global leader in the energy and oil & gas sector, operates major sites across upstream, downstream, gas processing, chemicals, distribution, and logistics. After the development of the fit-for-purpose Process Safety Framework, the organisation prepared for implementation.

Challenge

The client engaged dss+ to support readiness for implementation, address improvements in corporate standards, support corporate governance and cascade requirements across operating companies for meaningful implementation and impact.
