Solution

dss+ identified unique risks in each area of the client’s operations. Through data analytics, we quantified Serious Injury and Fatality (SIF) risks to help leaders and staff understand the severity potential and prioritise key areas to focus on. dss+ supported the development of safety leadership skills and promoted meaningful safety conversations to improve risk awareness and practices across 21 UK sites, through tailored leadership safety training and field coaching.
